Accounts Receivable aging does not match the General Ledger

There are invoices being created that are on the Aging, but are never posted to the General Ledger. This happened on March 8^th, 10^th, and 15^th (total of $35,474.64).

How do I fix this and get these invoices posted to the General Ledger?

Any help would be appreciated.

Sage 100 has a two stage posting process. One to the module, the second to the GL. It could be the second stage of posting was not completed.

To see if this explains your issue, print the General Ledger - Main - Daily Transaction Register.

Thank you for your response.

I have items listed in my Daily Transaction Register in the General Ledger with the dates I mentioned previously. How to I update this so that my AR and General Ledger match up?

Run the Daily Transaction Register report and then select to update after the report prints. Note that you may not have permissions to update, or that you may not be allowed to update if you preview the report - there is an option for that.
