Do you have an un-posted payroll in process? If not there would be nothing to print.

Additional information.
I entered PR information, calculated taxes and tried to print the audit report but is sits on the Print screen forever until I click Print a second time then I get the Not Responding error. I have to force close the window. I tried a test PR on my main company and got the same problem so it would appear to be a system issue since it affect both companies.

You rebooted the workstation, have you tried rebooting the server?

You don't mention which version of the software. 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016? Standard, Advanced, Premium?

I will reboot the server. Sage 100, 2015

No change after rebooting the server. Click Print once and nothing happens. Click a second time and windows error about Not Responding and I have to force the window closed. I haven't noticed any other problems in Sage.

Can you print other reports associated with this payroll run - Labor Distribution Report, Deduction Register, Pre Check Register.....? Have you tried previewing the report or printing to another printer?

Have you tried rebuild key files on payroll? Sort files? Analyze and relink line files?

I got the Audit Report to print to the screen then to the printer. Since then ALL reports go directly to a small error window that says Not Responding even before having the option to select printers etc... I occurs to me that I just processed Quarter End for both of these companies. IDK if something went wrong with that but I have also rebuilt sort files, key files, analyzed and relinked etc... Nothing changes.

Is this only in the payroll module?

I'm not seeing anything in the knowledgebase. Really weird.

Might be worth burning one of your "free" support cases with a call to Sage Tech Support.

Only in PR - that I am aware of.
If I print the report to the screen then the printer it works one time.
Then I have to exit SAGE, log back in and print one more report the same way.
Any other action cause the error.

It does this for both companies at least as far as I tested the other company.
It started after processing quarter end - cause or coincidence?
