Print error after Windows 10 upgrade

Printing AR invoices to Adobe PDF throws this error after Windows 10 upgrade. Printing to printer or preview works without error.

I did run a repair on the Sage workstation install.

We tried different forms and reports, same error.

Followed these instructions, but no change: support.na.sage.com/.../viewdocument.do

Uninstalled Sage and Crystal, then installed both again - no change.

Hi, What version of the Adobe PDF driver is installed? If print to preview and printer work, it's most likely a printer driver issue. If you'll provide the driver version I'll take a look. Thx

How do I check the Adobe PDF version number? I did right-click & Properties but there is no version info.
Also I see Adobe PDF and Sage 100 PDF Converter - which one?

Is the issue occurring using Sage 100 Paperless Office?
If Yes,
Use Regedit
Right mouse click and set Permissions for Everyone to "Full Control" on the Key Below
HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG\Software\Sage 100 PDF Converter
Retry

If No,
If the issue is an Adobe PDF Driver, you'll need to update the driver - check Adobe's site.
A "Microsoft Print to PDF" device is included with Windows 10 - worth a try
