If you are talking about Sage Payroll Services the answer is no and the setup is minimal. Payroll doesn't work in Canada, so we use VI imports of GL transactions for this type of data routinely.

If they can export a file then I suggest importing into AP Invoice Data Entry, posting and then pay with a Manual Check/Wire Transfer. This is a very simple import to write in VI and gives the best paper trail and hits bank rec.
