AP Batch Processing

When I go into AP setup options> entry there is no option to enable batch processing. It's blank... but the option is there in another company we have. I looked at both side by side and the only difference is how long we retain history. Help?!

Is a row missing from GL_CompanyBatchOptions?

What that be on the sage server? I went into each company and found that the company that is missing the option has an extra row rather than a missing row.

You might make a backup and try deleting the extra row.
