Are your PO's definitely related to customers?  Referencing SO's or Customers?  If so, where?  I imagine you'd look at Purchase Order Header or Details table depending on where the info is kept.

Now, if you mean the Customer PO field in the Sales Order table, that's another story.

In the Sage 100 vernacular a "purchase order" is what you are buying from vendors. This is what BigLouie is referring to.

A customer's purchase order translates into your sales order (or sales invoice).  Data will be in SO history (if enabled) and / or AR invoice history (for what was actually shipped).

I looked at SO History table  but it is not enabled, then I looked at AR Invoice History Header table, from this table based on "invoice data" and "customer no", i can pull the customers for any given month., so how that relates to purchase order (Sorry for lack of my accounting knowledge)?  How I can find the total $ amount for those customers?

You didn't clarify your request.  What do you mean by "purchase order"?  We know where the different data lives, but don't understand your question.

That is stored in the CustomerPONo field in AR invoice history and SO tables.
