Do you have to set up the transaction journal type Transfer Journal?

Question

We are on version 5.30.5 and I do not see a Transfer journal as an option when in Transaction journal Entry. We use sweep accounts and I would like one point of entry for these transactions. Do we have to set this transaction type up? If so, does anyone have instructions on how to do that, I am new to Sage.

I normally create a source journal TJ. Go to transaction journal entry. enter TJ in the source journal box. When it asks if this is a new journal say yes and then click OK. 
 Click the Next(#) button on entry number. 
 Then click the Format button in the upper right hand corner that should now be enabled. 
 Fill in all the information and make sure that under line options | transaction type that you select bank transfer.
