MAS90 to Sage 100c

We just recently upgraded to 100c and the report/print fonts are all over the place.  Is there any way to make all reports/printing fonts, and their sizes, the same?

Hi Kathy, Sage 100 and Sage 100c are the same code base including reports. What version of Sage 100 did you upgrade from?  Can you provide a specific report example where the fonts are an issue?

    Thanks

    Daily Transaction Register.pdfCR Journal.pdf

    John,

I have, attached, a cash receipt journal, AR Recap by Division as well as the daily transaction register.  As you can see, the fonts are wonky and I would really like to correct this.  Also, when we print the AP aging report, it is now double spaced and we need to correct this as well.

As for what version we converted from, it was MAS90w4.4 to Sage 100 Standard.

    thanks for the help.

    Hi Cathi,

The AR Cash Receipts Journal was changed to a condensed taller 8.5 font back with the 2015 release based on user feedback, the original was a 6pt font that users stated was too small.  The Daily Transaction Register and the AR RecapByDivision have not changed since they went to framework in 4.0 and 4.1 releases.

These reports are only accessible from outside Sage 100 via Crystal Reports designer. Modified reports will need  be saved and restored if you upgrade(they will get over written on an upgrade).

There are 2 AP aging reports. Standard(landscape) and Condensed(portrait). There is a "Condensed" check box on the report printing dialog.

The condensed version was included with the 2015 release based on user feedback that report needed to print in a portrait orientation. The number of detail lines is the same as the landscape report.

The non-Condensed (landscape) reports has not changed since its release in Sage 100 4.3.

Perhaps your 4.4 version of the report had been customized. You can access the AP aging report and customize it from with Sage 100 by clicking the Designer button (Crystal Reports).

    Hope this helps clarify.

    Thanks
