AR Delete Customer Utility Doesn't Delete History Files

I wanted to see if anyone else is having the same issue.   We are running Sage 100 2018 Advance update 5.  I just ran the AR Delete/Change Customer utility and deleted over 1800 customers.  I had the utility set to delete "ALL FILES", which should have deleted the history files.   After processing all 1800 deletes and decided to verify if everything was deleted.   I checked Customer Maintenance and they were gone, I checked SO Ship To Address table and they were gone too.   I then ran the AR Invoice History Report on a few of the deleted customers and the report pulled up all their history.   I next thought since we have the system set to retain history for AR at 10 years, that maybe this was the reason why they weren't being deleted.  This was not the case, as I was able to run history reports still on customers with history older than 10 years.
