I'm going to clarify a little.    Positive pay is part of the bank rec module.  If you are not integrated with it you won't get anything because there won't be any data available to send.

Now if you are integrated and then just not using the data otherwise to reconcile, it should still work.

Our accounts payable is integrated with bank reconciliation.  (look under accounts payable options on the "main" tab).  We do not use the module at this time to reconcile.   Thanks for the tip.
