Re-opening a closed fiscal year

I need to reopen a closed fiscal year, but I can't find any instructions on how to accomplish this.

Just change the month and year and make your posting and then change it back. DO NOT do month end or year end closing. As always do in a test company first.

BigLouie,

I know redoing period / year end for old framework is a big no-no, but why not redo period end for framework modules? What is the down-side?
