Delete and Change Customers auto populated? Mystery of the day.

My AR Delete and Change Customer Utility had 2,500+ entries in it this morning that I didn't place there, and it appears that the customers listed were dormant and were already purged out of our system.

Any ideas on how this data got out there? We are using Sage 100 Standard ERP 2014 and have had some corruption issues but mostly in IM. We are in the process of upgrading to cloud.

I have seen that happen on multiple installs. I clear it out. I'm assuming they ran the utility and didn't tell it to purge or they got stuck.

I've seen rebuild key files "recover" rows from those tables, so if that utility has been run recently, that could explain it.

Thank you for your responses! We have done some rebuilding in conjunction with the IM corrupt parts. I feel much better knowing there is a logical explanation.
