Cash Receipts journal is stuck in background

We were doing a deposit and there was some issue with Sage Exchange Desktop.  We ended up rebooting the computer and now when you open up Cash Receipts Journal the Print A/R Cash Receipts Entry Batch window comes up and the Cash Recipts Journal window shows too.  However, we cannot get the Cash Receipts Journal window to come to the front so we can click on Print or Preview or close the window.  I even open up Cash receipts Journal on another computer and it does the same thing.  How can I clear this up to finish the cash receipts process.  I believe the update journal is done we just need to go to the next step of update the daily transaction.  Thanks for any help.

    Ok, i misunderstood and there was no update that happened.  All that was done was they were printed, then the next step would have been to update the journal.  That is when it got stuck because the Sage Exchange was old and needed to be updated which made it get stuck.  So I think all that needs to happen is to cancel the batch and start over.

    It is fixed.  Apparently when the error pop up for the Paya/Sage exchange appeared, the journal did get posted even though was claimed that it was cancelled.  There was a daily transaction from that and the daily transaction just needed to be updated and all was fine.
