Hi Michael,

If you are talking about the lookup (Magnifying glass icon) at the top of the window when you are looking for an invoice, you can create a Custom Lookup and add the Comment field to the lookup.

Under Customer Maintenance/Inquiry on the Invoices tab there is a Binoculars icon for Search and it opens the Search for Open Invoice dialog box. Several criteria are listed there. I thought with the earlier version you could search the Comment field. I may have created that Custom Lookup, but I can't remember how.

This grid cannot be customized in v2019.

It wasn't possible in v2017 either.

If you add a UDF to the invoice header for your comment that UDF could be added to the selection criteria.
