Credit card processing and refunds

I am a new user to the Paya Echange credit card processing. Surely there is an easier way to use credit cards. I have two issues:

1. We have some cash walk in business. We don't set these people up as cutomers, I have one customer called Cash Sale. For now, I am entering their credit card in the payment tab on the fly and not saving it. This works, but I would like a credit card machine that interfaces with Sage where they can insert their card and enter their pin. Even better use ApplePay Paypal etc. It will poulate all the fields and the invoice will serve as an all in one receipt.  Paya sent me a Maktek reader that just reads the stripe. 2020 and thats what they sent. They tell me the machines they have do not integrate with Sage100.

2. Refunds - If a customer walks in and wants to return, I just want to write a credit memo and run his card on the machine integrated with sage. I don't want to look up his old invoice, even if he has it, just want to credit him and get him on his way. What is the best way to handle this?
