Verify the Role is setup to Allow Journal Reversal

1. Select Library Master, Main, Role Maintenance
2. Select the Role related to the user that is encountering the issue
   • If Role is not known, check the Roles assigned to the user in User Maintenance (Library Master, Main, User Maintenance)
3. Click on Security Events tab
4. Expand General Ledger
5. Verifiy Allow Journal Reversal is checked
6. Click Accept and close

Note: User Role setting must also include full access to Account Maintenance under Tasks, General Ledger, Maintenance/Data Entry
