I have an administrator account and I do all of my work in a regular user account that I set permissions with, which tend to be the same as other people in my company, so others can use my account without any concerns.

There's a new error in Sage as of yesterday whenever I go to process a credit memo that involves a credit card.

I received the error “you do not have sufficient rights to override the credit card information…” Today I went to recreate this credit memo with me as the creator and received the same error and a new error stating “you cannot process a credit transaction greater than $.00” 

I also notice when another I create a credit memo I do not have the ability to charge back a card, I can only set it to preauthorize and have it charge the card when posted. Right now I I cant send these to charge when batch is posted because I no longer have the rights to charge cards. 

I'm not sure what happened - I don't think anything was updated. S

Does anyone know of a resolution for this or which specific rights need to be given to grant these permissions?
