That may be dependent on the tool you're using for financial statements, e.g. Sage Intelligence or BizNet, but I can't recall offhand if those allow for that. A product like Visual CUT or comparable though should allow for turning multiple Excel files into multiple worksheets within a single .xls.
Reports are being generated through Sage/General Ledger/Financial Reports
There's nothing in Sage 100 to allow for this via standard Financial Statements.
