Note which fields are off then open in designer mode and move the fields around.  To check your work click the Alignment button instead of Print

Thank you for your reply.  I may have an older version.  Where do I find "designer mode"?

In order to make form changes, you need to have Crystal Reports installed on your workstation.  If you have the appropriate permissions, you will be able to click the Designer button which opens Crystal Reports so you can make changes.

Be careful making form changes.  Always make a backup of the "before" report so you can restart from the beginning if you make mistakes.

If the custom form was created as a "system" form, clicking Designer from the printing screen can break the link to the system form.  (We get 1-2 calls a month because of this).
