Sage 100 - AR Customer Inactive Reason - Authorization

SOLVED

Sage 100c - Ver 2020

AR Role is able to change the status of a Customer to Inactive.

However, AR Role is unable to access the "Inactive Reason"  this feature is greyed out.

(The feature is available to Admin)

So far, I have been unable to locate the correct checkbox.  I would rather not turn on full rights for this user/role.

Can anyone tell me where I enable this feature for this role/user?
