What is your Sage 100 version and product update level?

Sage 2020 need update 1 to be installed to see Nonemplyee compensation form in drop-down list when printing 1099's 

Sage 100 standard 2020

Install PU1 and make sure 1099 year in AP options 1099 year is set to year 2020 in order to create the boxes in AP Vendor Maintenance Additional Tab, 1099 history.
