Missing Criteria on Picking Ticket Sage 100 2014

We have an issue where users are printing a picking ticket for a sales order, but it will not print the "Extended Item Description" of the inventory items. This affects all users but 1 (our Purchasing Manager) who seems to have no discrepancy in her settings compared to the other affected users. Additionally, when printing a picking list from the Bill of Materials module, we're having the same issue with both extended descriptions and comments (even when the Comments setting is set to "Full"). 

Any ideas?

    The default or STANDARD SO Pick Sheet form does not print extended description by default.  You will need to set up a custom form and add the SO_PickingSheetWrk.ExtendedDescriptionText field to the form. 

    The default or STANDARD BOM Pick Sheet form does not print extended description by default.  You will need to set up a custom form and the BM_PickingSheetWRK.ComponentExtendedDescription field to the form. 

    In Purchase Order Printing, the form includes a check box to choose to include or exclude extended description, without needing to modify your form(s). That check box is not available on other screens.
