We have one salesperson who will receive a commission based on the % mark up they get per order.  Ex. if the order is marked up 40% they get 10% commission, if the order is marked up 30% he gets 5% commission.

Is this possible to set up?  All I see is setting the commission rate and changing it on the actual order if necessary.
