The Paperless Office emailing functions on the AP side are quite limited, regardless of posting status.
You're looking at an external reporting tool (SA&W being one option).
Same answer, your issue is that in AP there is not a form you can print out as there is with a SO credit memo so you would need to create a form in Crystal and then have another application such as Sage…
Yes, in Sales Order module you can create a Credit Memo and send out electronically prior to posting just as you do invoices. Same process. A credit memo is just a type of invoice.
Is this prior to posting or after posting of the credit memos
after they have been posted.
You would probably need Sage Alerts and Workflow if you are talking about sending AP Vendors credit memos

I TRULY appreciate you guys giving this detail. so if we were to do SO Credit Memo.. there is a way to do it? we already have electronic invoices being sent out. i see for document selection in paperless office there are three choices invoice/order/all documents.

For emailing Vendors it may make more sense to mock-up a PO form to look the way you want, and enter a temp PO for emailing (deleting it after that is done).
