POS Solution for Supermarkets

Good day,

Hoping i am posting in the correct group. I am seeking some advice. At the company I work for we have several full-flesh supermarkets (not convenience store). At the back end we run Sage 100 (four different installs\locations), at must of our locations we run Fusion POS it does the job but unfortunately we feel its not the best solution specially when it comes to support.

At one of our locations we are running BRData for inventory management this application everyone at that location loves it because its made for supermarket, for the frontend we use Truno ISS45,and for AR we comes with an application named WinAR.

This combination does a good job but unfortunately none of them integrate with Sage, we have been trying but dealing with four (BRData, WindAR, Truno, and Sage) different entities the job is not easy.

Can someone with expedience recommend a POS solution designed for Supermarkets and that would fully integrate with Sage.  One of the must important feature management is looking for is the ability to have receiving-to-shelf. Meaning as the merchandise is received it available in the POS to sell without any delays, also be able to handle scales a the register, as well as deli and deli-scales

any advice is greatly appreciated.

This is a great question. I have not heard of anything that will fit the bill. I typically think of the point of sale systems available for Sage as more "light duty". I have a couple customers who have used POS and they generally are light extensions of their main business ( ie - powering a small retail location for walk-in customers with smallish volumes ).
