Stop memo pop-ups in Cash Receipts Entry

Hello,

We have an issue with our AR Department, where they go to Cash Receipt Entry and a specific memo (SR document, special standards for many of our customers) will pop up. This is becoming a bottleneck in productivity and we are trying to disable the Auto-Display for this specific memo type within Cash Receipts Entry only.

As you can see, we've gone into Customer Memo Maintenance and the Auto-Display checkbox was already deselected, but we are experiencing the issue nonetheless. We have thousands of customers with SR documents, so doing this at the individual level isn't a feasible option. 

Any ideas?
