Is there a way to record Certificate of Insurance from my customers in Sage 100 Premium version 2020?
On the Additional tab in Customer Maintenance there is a Comment field you can use or you can create a UDF check box to indicate if there is a certificate on file or not.
Custom Office. If you need to know the expire date create a date UDF and call it Certificate of Insurance Expire Date. Place that field on the Customer Maintenance Panel

Memos would work too, allowing you to link to a saved file if you have a copy, set expiry date...
Thank you BigLouie. So there is no specific location where i can record the COI's? Is there a report i can run to see which COI is expiring?
