Greetings,

We added PII security to the Bank records in Sage 100.  Make sure in Role Maintenance that the role assigned to your user has the following Security Option selected (checked): General Ledger / Allow Viewing, Printing and Editing of Highly Sensitive Personally Identifiable Information

If you are not on a version of Sage 100 that has the PII Security event or checking that option enables the entry of the Bank Account and Routing numbers but you are still unable to properly edit the bank record, then please contact Customer Support for assistance as there may be issues with the encryption of the bank records on your system.
