Agreed, 100%. 

I believe it only prompts if there was a SPS / Paya vault in use at some time in the past, but the copying of CC vault data should absolutely be optional for company copies.  99% of the time we copy for use as a test company, and practically never want to ever use CC data in a test company. 

Technically I understand this might not be so simple to accomplish (without introducing other issues), but it would certainly help prevent some recurring headaches.

Could not agree more.  99.9% of the time we are copying data to a test company and do not need the CC data.
