GL Reporting

Hi Guys,

New member here and new to Sage 100. I am trying to custom build a GL Details postings report for beg of the year to present to present to management and want to include my own parameters like: (period, account, account description, p&l category, date, journal, source, batch, dr, cr, net change, and comments) but I can't seem to bring in all these data points in one report. Any guidance on how to get it all in one would be greatly appreciated.

Consider starting with the existing Sage 100 Report. Do a Save As and give it a new name, then use Crystal Designer to modify the existing file (which uses Work Tables); to modify how it presents. You can even add fields in Custom Office to the work file utilized on that report, or link in other tables; as appropriate.

...where Save As creates a new named report setting, leaving the STANDARD version of the report unaffected.
