Is there anyway to double check to see that customers receive their receipts via Email through Paya?
Seems like some customers do not get their receipts even though their email is in the email field.
Any help would be appreciated.

What kind of email does Paya send?
Paperless Office has a new feature (not available in older versions)... and is the only place you can see details of emails sent from Sage 100.
Of course you can only see details of what is sent, not received.
We have SAGE 2021...i assume its in a newer version?
However, I do not know if the email is coming from SAGE 100 though...the email receipt is coming from Paya....who would I contact to check that?
