I don't know anything about Sage MAS Intelligence but we do use Biznet.

We use Biznet to pull period end totals for any period and any account or range of accounts from MAS into Excel.  Once they are in excell you can do anything with them that Excel will let you do.  This is great for generating highly summarized P&Ls, analyzing trends over longer periods or with my detail thent the standard financial reports will do, and in general showing management what it needs to see rather then the very unflexable standard financial reports available in MAS.

The two disadvantages I have seen are first, if you are pulling a lot of accounts it can be slow, I have reports taking values from a couple of hundred accounts that take a minute or two to run.  Second, liscensing is by named user which we have found very cumbursome.
