VI Import of Main Account

I am trying to create a VI job to upload some main accounts. Not only is it not working, my log only shows ":" as the explanation - It doesn't even look like it's doing anything. I think this should be simple but it's not proving to be....

I can see that you are reading columns 5 and 6 twice and the data type for the fields are totally different.

I'm not sure if what BigLouie pointed out makes a difference or not since one record is being assigned and one is being replaced, either way it probably wouldn't hurt to recalculate those so that you don't have any duplicate columns. You might also change the file type from Excel 5.0 to Delimited.
