I have a customer with a large volume of credit card orders (about 80% of invoices, maybe 80 or more per day). They have noticed that the invoice that used to take 20-25 minutes at end of day now takes about 35-45 minutes. They see that the increase in time appears to be the processing of credit cards with Sage Exchange.
Likewise, when you process a credit card pre-authorization or invoice through Sage 100, it takes 10 seconds or so for the Sage Exchange box to pop-up before they can put in the credit card itself.
Has anyone else seen this?
