We offer our customers free product trials. We only charge them if they decide to keep the product. What's the best way to handle this in MAS? Right now we create a sales order for the product but don't charge the customer. Then if they decide to keep the product we do a return in MAS and then place a new order which doesn't ship (since they already have the product) and charge the customer.
