We use Sage ERP 2013 (Version 5.00.4.0) I need help in setting up a Report that list the Customer then the amount of labor done for that customer. Is there one already made? Thanks!
If you are recording labor by specific item codes, you could try running the SO - Reports - Customer Sales History by Item report (with appropriate selection criteria).
We do not have the SO. We do use item codes for labor. I found a Report in Business Insights Explorer - Customer History Invoices. I can get the Customer name and then in the History Invoice Items in the bottom pane I can select the Item code that I need. The problem is how can I get them to "marry up" so that I can get the bottom pane to print to excel? Thanks again for your help.
Marsh - there is a way to 'marry up' the 2 sections, and I learned all about how to do it at Sage Summit back in 2009. They gave us a handout that I'd be happy to send to you if you're interested.
