A customer was successful printing the W2s from the original company, but the paper slipped/jammed and they didn't print squarely on the page.  She made a pre-close backup of their system and needs to reprint W2s from it.  We went through the process on Aatrix and get to the point of generating the file when she gets an error message that says:

Missing files from database directory:  t:\sage100\mas90\mas_14y\pr14y\efilingreporting\histories\20150106105911

I'm not sure where/how to troubleshoot this.  Help, please!
