We implemented Avatax a week ago and were told to run the AR Sales Tax Calculation utility after changing the customer's sales tax schedules to Avatax.

When I run the utility I get some errors, namely "Unknown country name or code (BER)", "City not found" and other vague messages.

BER is a valid code for Bermuda and we have 20 customers in Bermuda - I'm getting more than 20 error messages for BER so this is a bit confusing.

Is there a log file created with these errors so that I can review and correct the issues?

Any other advice on the utility and Avatax in general?
