Hello, we have been having this reoccurring issue for years. When we try and use the delete and change customer utility in AR i get a message saying "You cannot proceed with unposted data in A/R Cash Receipts entry S/O Invoice entry.". If i go to AR Cash Receipts Entry, there are no opened batches and daily transaction register is closed. Same goes for SO - nothing open. Any ideas on why this happens or how to resolve?
We are running MAS90 V 4.40.0.8 (i know - its old - we are going to update in the coming weeks!).
