Customer contact panel font problem

SAGE Advanced 2016 (Version 5.30.1.0)

We recently upgraded from 2014 to 2016 and have noticed a problem with some of the data entry panels.  The fonts are extra large and bold on some and normal on others.  

I have managed to fix most of them simply by going into the affected panel, selecting a field and changing the Resize option on tab 3.  I save the change then go back into the panel and set it back to its original setting and save the panel again.

As you can see in the attached screen shot, the main panel font is correct but the contact maintenance panel font is not correct.  I am unable to locate the customer contact panel in order to fix the issue.

Does anyone have any suggestions before I use a support case?

    Try changing the text display setting in the Control Panel of Windows. From the KB:

    1. From the Start menu, select Control Panel.
    2. In the View by: drop down,  select Small icons or Large Icons
    3. Select Display and verify text size is set to Smaller - 100% (default)

    Display settings are normal. I'm set to 100%, changing resolution does nothing to fix the problem. I don't see how some panels would be correct and others wrong due to a display setting.

    Are you using Sage 100 or Sage 100c? Not sure that it would make a difference.

    When the upgrade was done, did Custom Office | Utilities | Update Custom Panels to Current Level get done?

    Yes it did. Followed the upgrade manual item by item.

    I notice that you have Customizer changes to Customer Maintenance, you may want to try running Update Custom Panels to Current Level from the Customizer Utilities Menu to refresh your Customized panels. You may want to make a backup of your MAS 90 system before running this utility just in case.

    Also, I am not sure that this is the issue you are seeing but please review KB68117 in the Sage 100 Knowledgebase. We have seen large font issues across all panels in Sage 100 under certain conditions and there are some Windows Registry entries that can be checked/modified to correct this.

    To close out this thread. With the assistance of Sage Support we were able to determine the error resulted from the JobOps module. I contacted JobOps support and they informed me they were aware of the issue and had a hotfix available. I installed the hotfix and the issue was resolved. The bad news is it resets the affected panels, A/R customer maintenance and invoice history, to the default configuration so any customizations are lost. I had to add 5 custom tabs and almost 90 custom fields on the invoice history panel.
