Windows 10 Print Crystal Report to Network Directory using Adobe PDF

I recently updated my workstation to Windows 10.  When I preview a report in Crystal Reports, then print the report to a network drive as an Adobe PDF file, none of my network directories are available on my Windows 10 station.  If I uncheck "Run as administrator" I am able to print a report to Adobe PDF to a network directory, but Paperless Office will not work.  I am using Sage 100 Standard ERP 2015 (Version 5.20.2.0) and Adobe Acrobat X version 10.1.16.  Trying to Export the report to Adobe produces the same results.  Any suggestions on how to correct?  Thank you.

Not an exact match, but you might try checking your Windows 10 printer settings.

Click Start | Settings | Devises Bluetooth, printers, mouse.

Scroll down until you see the setting for Let Windows manage my default printer. Make sure it is turned OFF. Then make sure your default printer is not the Sage 100 PDF driver.

If it is on, every time you print to different printer, that printer becomes the default printer. This is a problem especially when you print to paperless office because the default printer then becomes the Sage 100 PDF driver which you cannot use directly.

Hi Thomas - I did make the change on my workstation (thank you for the tip - I was wondering why my printer default would change constantly), but I still am not able to select a network drive.

Try googling "unable to print to network drive adobe". There appears to be a lot of items related to this any one of which might be your answer.
