A/R customer history

Currently I can only see a few months worth of customer sales history. I need to see more than this. How can I go in and adjust the settings to allow me to see more than just the last few months? I need to at least see all of 2016 and right now I can only see June - present. Help please!!!

A running of "PERIOD END" is most likely the result of what you are seeing.

But you can still access history under an account by utilizing the "MORE" TAB on the upper right of the Customer Maintenance module under Accounts Receivalbe_Main modules. Scroll down to INVOICES INQUIRY to view past history.

What screen is not showing all of the invoice history? Customer Maintenance - Invoices?
