No, it stands for Knowledge Transfer Agreement.  I was hoping someone would recognize it.  It is a contract signed between our company and our Sage partner.  Was just wondering if anyone else is using this.

Googled it and that was the first thing that came up.  ;)

I've signed something like that between third party vendors that are developing products and myself as a Sage Partner,  but I can't say I've heard of it between  a Sage Partner and an end user.
