Prompt when inventory reaches reorder quantity

I am looking for a prompt that pops up on the screen when an order is placed for an item - when the quantity on hand drops below the Reorder Point Quantity set in the system, we would like a pop up or message to appear to make sure the item is ordered. We would also like to run a report showing what items are below Reorder Point Quantity.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You could write a script and attach it to various panels such as inventory maintenance or inquiry, sales order entry, purchase order entry and have it pop up a message box. You could use Sage Alerts and Work Flow to send you a report when items are below Reorder Point Quantity. The ReOrder Report on the Reports menu in Inventory will show you items that are below Reorder Point.
