Invoices in Sales Order - the line detail had disappeared

I enter invoices in Sales Order. I entered 50 yesterday and when I looked at them this morning the line detail had disappeared on 24. This happens often.

What version? Standard / Advanced are significantly different that Premium (which has a SQL back end).
Do you have any form of data mirroring / server mirroring? It could be that the configuration is incorrect and concurrency issues are wiping out valid data.

There is nothing in Sage 100 which would delete lines behind the scenes. It is likely an operating system file copy issue, with Standard data tables being individual files.
