Exploded kit items and shipping through Starship

We are currently switching over to exploding kit items within SAGE 100. Does anyone know how to make this work through Starship? When we import the S/O it pulls in all of the component items as individual items.

Does anyone do explosions and ship through starship and do not have an issue with this or the write back to SAGE?

Where is the sales order information coming from? Are you using VI?

We contacted Vtechnologies support and found out that it is another module we have to purchase in order to do explosions within SAGE.

I am guessing there was no other way to do it without purchasing that :(

We do this with kit items, but we have the Bill of Materials module. This allows us to create Kit Bills that explode on Sales Orders. Is that what V-technology told you that you need to purchase? It works very well for us, and we are even able to ship partial orders and back order some of the items in the kit.
