VI for CI-Item

I have a spreadsheet filled out for over 200 new part numbers, all the fields in CI-item. The question I have is can I import these while people are using the system. New to Sage sorry.

    Hi Michael,

    Welcome to the Sage world :-)

    When you import into CI_Item it is similar to running Item Maintenance and creating a new item, only faster. So the short answer is yes. If you were importing thousands you might see a performance hit for other users while you import but with only 200 that should not be a problem.
