We're still on SAGE 2014, primarily because of our ERP team saying that the work order module that we have isn't compatible with newer versions up to and including 2018.
Work order is a top priority for us now.
However. SAGE has ended mainstream support for 2014. We need to upgrade soon.
What can we do?

Since it is working for you now in 2014, you must not be using Premium (it would have not been compatible with the 2014 Premium either).
So unless you have some customization, you should be OK.
