error 1904, I did see similar error but not exactly this. sage 100, 16

I got this message when I try to install in a workstation Sage 100 16 version 5.30.2.0.  I did read some articles but I have Acrobat reader install the security is low an still it does not let me do the installation.  either as an administrator.

any suggestion, or article related to this particular one.  .

    The problem is most likely missing pre-requisites when installing Sage 100 Workstation. 

    Make sure you are running the Autorun.exe or Setup.exe not the workstation.msi file directly. 

    Probably the .NET Framework 3.5 missing but could be missing C++ runtime components also. 

    Cancel the workstation install, re-run by selecting Autorun.exe (right-click and choose "Run as Administrator"), then let it install all the prerequisites.
