Last night I was doing some maintenance on one of our warehouse (zeroing out product), and noticed a problem I'm not quite sure how to solve for. 

I found that we have an item in our SQL database (Running Sage 2014 premium) that says we have .014400 Quantity on Hand.  It looks like this stems back to a PO receipt done all the way back in 2006, where someone received .0144400 units as opposed to 144.  

I tried doing a physical adjustment (just set to 0), but it does not seem like the physical adjustment process can adjust a partial quantity.

Anyone ran into this issue before or know how to solve for?
